L’ennesima storia di un papà disperato, Antonio Orlando.

Nel Luglio 2005 mi trovavo a trascorrere le vacanze estive con i miei figli in Italia. Mia moglie, nel frattempo si era recata al comune di Brema, in Germania per il rilascio della carta d’identità di nostra figlia che le veniva rifiutata in quanto era necessaria la firma di entrambi i genitori.
In quel momento, a mia insaputa sarebbe iniziato una serie di azioni scorrette che mi avrebbero allontanato dai miei figli e non permesso in seguito di ritornare in Germania serenamente e soprattutto in piena libertà.
La mia ex moglie ottenne il documento di identità della bambina presentando una delega falsa......

Il 19.05.2006, di venerdì dopo aver prelevato i bambini venni denunciato per sottrazione dei minori. Non era un mio giorno prestabilito come da sentenza ma tra gli avvocati si erano parlati più volte e si era fatto notare che per me non era possibile stare con i piccoli , come voleva la sig.ra in giornate che per me erano lavorative. Dovevo pure cercare di sopravvivere in qualche maniera .....

Il 13 Giugno 2006 si tenne la seconda udienza in tribunale. Per quell’occasione giunsero anche i miei genitori dall’Italia. Era anche il giorno in cui mia figlia doveva stare con me. Come al solito e come spesso accadeva anche quel giorno mi fu impossibilitato di stare con lei .....

SAN GALLO - Il corpo di Ylenia, la ragazzina di cinque anni e mezzo rapita il 31 luglio nei pressi della piscina di Appenzello, è stato trovato oggi in un bosco sangallese. Il cadavere, in parte divorato dagli animali, è stato identificato grazie ad alcuni gioielli che portava, ha riferito la polizia cantonale in una conferenza stampa svoltasi nel pomeriggio a San Gallo.
Una persona che si era messa alla ricerca di Ylenia per conto proprio l’ha rinvenuta verso mezzogiorno nel bosco di Hartmann, fra i comuni di Oberbüren e Niederwil, non lontano da dove alcune settimane fa vennero trovati i vestiti della piccola, ha detto ai giornalisti il capo della polizia criminale Bruno Fehr. È “oggettivamente certo” che si tratta della ragazzina di cinque anni e mezzo, ha aggiunto.
Il presunto rapitore, uno svizzero di 67 anni domiciliato in Spagna, si è ucciso nei pressi di Oberbüren lo stesso giorno della sparizione della piccola. Prima di togliersi la vita nel bosco di Hartmann aveva sparato ad un testimone, un uomo di 46 anni, ferendolo al petto. Le analisi del DNA avevano stabilito che il presunto sequestratore aveva toccato gli oggetti di Ylenia (zainetto, casco da ciclista e monopattino) e che la bimba era salita nel suo furgone. L’ennesima storia di una mamma disperata, Gabriella Markgraf.

Mio figlio di 11 anni, Peter Matyas Medici é stato sottratto e nascosto dal padre nel Novembre 2005, in un posto sconosciuto. Da allora non sappiamo nulla di lui a lo stiamo cercando disperatamente.

Peter é nato il 11 marzo 1996 a Moncalieri, (TO), é alto circa 130 cm, magro ma muscoloso, un bambino vivace. Ha gli occhi e capelli castani, piccole lentiggini sul naso ed un neo sulla guancia sinistra. Peter ha l’asma. É stato affidato in via definitiva a me, sua madre, però é possibile che il padre giri con un “accordo di affidamento” falso.

Le scrivo questa lettera nella disperazione di una madre che non ha più notizie di suo figlio oramai da quasi 2 anni, e nella speranza di ottenere un colloquio con Lei, che nella sua posizione, potrebbe far valere i suoi poteri per fare ritrovare una madre a suo figlio e viceversa.
